Qualifications
English (Required)
Sales and Customer Service 1 year (preferred) in phone, online, or retail sales.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to handle customer product inquiries over the phone and “Chat” for our SleepEZ.com website. Good phone and communication skills are a must. Opportunity for advancement. $30,000 to $50,000 a year.
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Enthusiastically promote and sell our products over the phone for online customers
- Chat-Handle the chat line for SleepEZ.com
- Emails- answer emails with good typing proficiency
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Answer incoming customer inquiries for service and sales calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions; follow up to ensure resolution
- Call customers to confirm orders
- Entering all contacts with customers in the computer system
- Adherence to schedule
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
