The majority of our latex mattresses are shipped via FedEx and ship free to anywhere in the contiguous United States. We want the delivery experience to be as straightforward as the ordering process, so we make it easy to understand when your order ships, how long transit typically takes, and how to track it along the way.
Most orders ship within 3 to 4 business days or sooner. Once your order ships, transit time is typically 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Products are shipped using FedEx Ground services. We do not require a signature upon delivery, but one can be requested. Tracking information is provided with your order, and our team diligently monitors shipments and will do our best to alert you to any important changes or updates.
Shipping time and transit time are separate. Shipping time refers to the time needed to prepare and release your order to the carrier, while transit time refers to the time your shipment is traveling to its destination. Actual delivery timing may vary by location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Tips
A little preparation can make receiving and setting up your latex mattress or other latex product easier. Many of our products arrive packaged or roll packed for shipping, so we recommend reviewing the following tips before opening or moving your order.
BE CAREFUL - Many of our products come packaged or roll packed. If this is the case, your item will be enclosed in thick plastic wrap and placed inside a box. Take care when cutting open the plastic so you do not accidentally damage any of the enclosed items.
SAVE YOUR ORIGINAL BOXES - We urge customers to save their original Latex Mattress Factory boxes, as these are invaluable for returns or transporting your mattress during a move.
OPEN THE BOXES WITHIN 60 DAYS - Leaving the latex boxed for more than 60 days can lead to permanent damage to the foam.
