Shipping Policy


All of our products include free shipping within the contiguous United States.  

We also ship to FPOs/APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. All Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and FPO/APOs are shipped via USPS (United States Post Office). We may be able to ship to other countries upon request. In those instances, free shipping only covers the cost of shipping the item. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or custom charges.

We ship all items within 48 hours of the order being placed. Please feel free to inquire about estimated shipping times before ordering. If requested, we can expedite the shipping of an item. The expedited shipping costs will range according to the item itself, so please feel free to contact us prior to placing an order and we'll provide detailed information according to your specific circumstances.

Products are shipped using UPS ground services. We do not require a signature upon delivery, but we can do so upon request. We provide tracking numbers enclosed within a customer's original invoice, but our office will diligently track the progress of any order, and we will do our best to alert customers of any changes or updates.

Shipping Tips

BE CAREFUL - Many of our products come packaged or roll packed. If this is the case, your item will be enclosed in thick plastic wrap and placed inside a box. Take care when cutting open the plastic as to not damage any enclosed items.

SAVE YOUR ORIGINAL BOXES - We urge customers to save their original Latex Mattress Factory boxes as these are invaluable for returns, or transporting your mattress during a move.
