Return Policy

Most products, excluding slatted or adjustable foundations, purchased from Latex Mattress Factory, carry a 30-day money-back guarantee with a flat return fee intended to cover a portion of the return shipping costs. Items can be returned for a refund, subject to a $45 flat fee, within 30 days of receipt.

Any additional costs for shipping outside of the contiguous United States will not be refunded or credited toward an exchange.

Only one item per customer can be returned or exchanged within a 12-month period for a flat fee of $45.

LATEX TOPPERS / LAYERS

We will provide a paid FedEx shipping label via email to send your item back for a full refund or exchange, less a $45 flat fee to cover portion of return shipping. If you saved your original Latex Mattress Factory box, we recommend using it for your return.

Refunds will be processed once we've received the returned item(s).

All returns must be sent to the Latex Mattress Factory using the provided FedEx shipping label.

LATEX MATTRESSES

100 Night Trial - $99 Return Fee

This applies to our pre-built mattresses only, like our Luxerion Latex Mattress and Luxerion Hybrid Mattress, and does not apply to “Do it Yourself” mattresses (see below)

We offer a 100 Night Sleep Trial for our latex mattresses. Our 100 Night Trial replaces the "10 second showroom test," as we understand that it takes time for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface. We provide the 100 Night Trial to make sure you have ample time to get comfortable with your new bed. There are absolutely no shipping costs, re-stocking fees, or any other "fine print" fees beyond the flat $99 return fee.

The Luxerion Latex Mattress offers a 1-time layer exchange for a flat $45 fee during the 100 Night Sleep Trial.

If you saved your original Latex Mattress Factory box, we recommend using it for your return.

DIY Mattresses (Do It Yourself)

30 day return & exchange policy - Only 1 return item of the mattress, not the whole mattress.

DIY mattresses are defined as mattresses made or designed by the customer where they buy separate components. This includes items such as layers, toppers, pocketed coils, etc., and perhaps even a cover from our cover page, and build their own mattress. DIY mattresses have a 30 day return & exchange policy and you can only return one component of the mattress, not the whole mattress. Our pocketed coils and mattress covers aren’t returnable. You can exchange one latex layer (per customer or household) or you can return one layer (per customer or household) per 12 month period, within the first 30 days after the product is delivered. If you decide to return one component the cost would be $45 and if you decide to exchange one component the cost would be $45. Lastly, DIY mattresses aren't covered by any warranty.

NATURAL QUILTED MATTRESS COVERS

We do not accept returns on natural quilted mattress covers.

STRETCH COTTON COVERS

We do not accept returns on any Stretch Cotton Cover's purchased independently.

LATEX PILLOWS

We do not accept returns on latex pillows.

POCKETED COILS

We do not accept returns on pocketed coils.

ADJUSTABLE MATTRESS BASES

We do not accept returns on adjustable bases.

WOOD MATTRESS FOUNDATIONS

We do not accept returns on wood mattress foundations.

INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an incorrect order, we will ship out the correct item at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately if you're concerned that you've received the wrong item.
